火锅度元宵

在家 “打边捞”既实际又划算。虽不必烧烤来得有趣，但败在油腻，隔天还得煲凉茶（莲子雪洱就不错 ）。 吃火锅，气氛永远比任何餐聚会来得浓厚。围坐炉边，才能共享其成。吃不完的食物， 永远有 “着落”，只怕备不够。 大白菜豆腐根芋头鲜虾蘑菇水饺鱼肉猪肉丸... 放进随各自所好的高汤、酸辣汤， 吃时沾上自制辣酱、西芹罗勒葱油酱... 吃火锅，真有意思！至少，有那丁点的热闹。
